About me

I’m Cezar, a Brazilian full-stack software engineer and technical lead based in Belo Horizonte. I specialize in developing apps for Apple platforms with Swift, along with the backend services that power them.

I care deeply about user experience and good design, and I enjoy being involved in several aspects of the products I work on. I’ve shipped over a dozen apps to the App Store, working both as an individual contributor and team lead

I’m an amateur musician and passionate about music and audio applications. If I’m not in a conversation, I’m listening to a song, a podcast, or an audiobook. I also read a lot, be it fantasy and sci-fi fiction, or Physics and other sciencey subjects as edutainment.

I’m currently part of the founding team at Clued, where I’m building the iOS seller app and the web based buyer experience, as well as the backend APIs that power them both.

Previously, I was an Engineering Lead at MetaLab, where I led teams of 2-10 iOS, Android, and Web engineers working on mobile projects for clients ranging from early stage startups to large tech companies.
